Career Advancement and Academic Progression

The Committee shall function as a statutory committee dedicated to enhancing student employability, placement readiness, internship participation, competitive examination preparedness, higher education awareness, and academic progression. It supports students in building career direction through structured guidance and institutional coordination.

Shared Responsibilities

Committee responsibilities are carried out through coordinated support from the Principal, Convener, faculty members, and alumni representatives.

Chairperson / Principal

  • Provide strategic guidance and administrative support.

Convener

  • Plan and execute committee activities.

Faculty Members

Functions of the Committee

The Committee functions through three core areas: training and skill development, placement activities, and higher education guidance.

Training and Skill Development

  • Organise aptitude development programmes.
  • Conduct communication and soft skill training.

  • Provide resume writing and interview preparation sessions.
  • Facilitate technical and domain-specific skills.
  • Organise entrepreneurship and innovation workshops.

Placement Activities

  • Organise campus recruitment drives.

Higher Education Guidance
