Any grievance related to sports activities, team selection, facilities, equipment, participation, or conduct of events shall be reported to the Sports Coordinator. Unresolved matters shall be referred to the Principal and addressed through the institutional Grievance Redressal Mechanism. This policy shall be reviewed annually by the Sports and Gymkhana Committee in consultation with IQAC and the Principal to ensure effectiveness, relevance, and compliance with University of Mumbai, UGC, NAAC, and other statutory guidelines.
